Jackasses crashing my gameservers using UDP flood?

Hi,

I have installed a few gameservers on one of my dedicated,
But some of my clients complain about that *some* people crash the games and hold them down for up to several hours (the ded. is still up tho) using UDP packet sending program, and transmit a large mass of UDP packets at the server and the games gameport causing it to crash, and noone can join the game as long as this is happening. I have managed to get myself a copy of one of these programs who can do this, and tested it on my server, and it worked.. On my XP machine on ADSL I were able to take down the GameServers on my 10mbit dedicated after only a minute of doing it. But, I have seen other games at the same place, which I also tried to do the same with, and half of them did not work to crash, when enabling error logging in the packet transmitting, I noticed there came a mass of errors when trying to crash, as "zombie detected" and so..

If this are possible to prevent people from crashing my servers again, How could I do this? Or where could I get such a "zombie" thing? Is this software?
